A Resolution Approving a 3.3% Increase in the Regional Transportation Congestion Improvement Program (RTCIP) Traffic Mitigation Fee for Fiscal Year 2018/2019, as required by the TransNet Ordinance City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take public input; close the public hearing and adopt a Resolution Approving a 3.3% Increase in the Regional Transportation Congestion Improvement Program (RTCIP) Traffic Mitigation Fee for Residential Dwelling Units from $2,404.14 to $2,483.48 for Fiscal Year 2018/2019, as required by the TransNet Ordinance.
Resolution Waiving Bidding Requirements for Road Repairs Related to a Water Main Break in Tarzana Road City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council adopt a resolution entitled "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Poway, California, Approving Waiver of the Formal Bidding Process for Road Repairs Related to a Water Main Break in Tarzana Road," which requires a four-fifths vote of the City Council.
Workshop Regarding New and Proposed State Housing Laws City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council receive and file the report.
Workshop on State Mandated Accessory Dwelling Unit provisions City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council provide policy direction on a new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) ordinance.
