Development Review (DR) 17-010 and Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 17-017; A proposed 53-unit mixed-use development including a 20,225 square foot fitness center located at 13247 Poway Road City Manager’s Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take public input; close the public hearing and adopt a resolution entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Poway, California, Approving Development Review 17-010 and Conditional Use Permit 17- 017 for a Mixed-Use Development Project within the Poway Road Specific Plan, Town Center District Assessor Parcel Number 317-473-07, 08, 09, 10 and 11.”
STAFF REPORT Pre-Development Conference 17-001; A request for comments concerning a proposal to amend or rescind the approval of Specific Plan 87-02 to allow a vehicle towing and storage yard at 13130 Adah Lane City Manager’s Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council provide input and direction regarding the request.
Pre-Development Conference (PDC) 18-001; A request for review of a mixed-use project on a 6.62-acre site on Poway Road that includes 13,000 square feet of commercial with 216 residential units City Manager’s Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council provide input and direction regarding the proposal
Initiation of Proceeding for the Formation of Landscape Maintenance District 18-1 City Manager’s Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council 1) Adopt the resolution initiating proceedings for the formation of LMD 18-1 and directing the preparation of and filing of an Engineer’s Report; and 2) Adopt the resolution declaring the City’s intention to form Landscape Maintenance District No. 18-1; and to levy and collect annual assessments related thereto, commencing fiscal year 2018-19, provide notice of public hearing and mailing of assessment ballots.
