PUBLIC HEARING Environmental Assessment and Tentative Tract Map 16-005; Request for Approval of a Tentative Tract Map for a 10-Lot Subdivision located at the easterly terminus of Larchmont Street, east of Pomerado Road and north of Twin Peaks Road City Manager’s Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take public input; close the public hearing and adopt a resolution entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Poway, California, Adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration for Tentative Parcel Map 16- 005 Assessor Parcel Number 314-032-01 and 314-370-05,” and “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Poway, California, Approving Tentative Tract Map 16-005 Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 314-032-01 and 314-370-05.”
STAFF REPORT Landscape and Irrigation Design Manual Update City Manager’s Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council adopt a resolution entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Poway, California, Approving an Update to the City’s Landscape and Irrigation Design Manual.”
Midyear/Second Quarter Budget Update for FY 2017-18 City Manager’s Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council receive the report and adopt a resolution entitled “A Resolution of the City Council, Housing Authority, and Successor Agency to the Poway Redevelopment Agency of the City of Poway, California Approving Amendments to the City’s Financial Program for the Second Quarter Fiscal Year 2017- 2018.”
