Resolution of Necessity Approving Acquisition of Easements by Eminent Domain for the Espola Road Safety Improvements Project City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take public input; close the public hearing, make appropriate findings, and adopt a Resolution entitled "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Poway, California, Finding and Determining the Necessity that Certain Easements be Acquired by the City Under Eminent Domain Proceedings Assessor's Parcel Numbers 321- 011- 10 and 321- 011- 25."
