City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take public input; close the public hearing and adopt a Resolution entitled "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Poway, California, Approving a 2% Increase in the Regional Transportation Congestion Improvement Program (RTCIP) Traffic Mitigation Fee for Fiscal Year 2017/2018, as required by the TransNet Ordinance."
