Approval of Sewage Transportation Agreements Between the City of Poway and the City of San Diego (Continued from July 19, 2016) City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the Agreements per the outlined terms of the Agreements; and appropriate $50,000 from the Sewer Fund to account 0403-2810.
