STAFF REPORT Artist Selection and Additional Appropriation for the Tony Gwynn Memorial Project City Manager's Recommendation: Affirm the selection of the Vandable Sculpture proposal for the Tony Gwynn memorial, appropriate $ 19, 529 from the Unappropriated General Fund balance ( account 100 -8912) to capital project Tony Gwynn Memorial ( 1193A) for continuing professional art consulting services from Artful Living, and waive City fees and staffing costs in the amount of $ 6, 956. 50 for the use of the Poway Center for the Performing Arts.
Third Quarter Budget Update for FY 2015 -16 City Manager' s Recommendation: Receive and file report and adopt a Resolution entitled " A Resolution of the City Council, Housing Authority, and Successor Agency to the Poway Redevelopment Agency of the City of Poway, California, Approving Amendments to the City's Financial Program for the third Quarter Fiscal Year 2015 - 2016."
WORKSHOP 5.1 Workshop on Funding Options for General Fund Prioritized Projects City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council. 1) Affirm the prioritization of projects; 2) Direct staff to include the City Council' s selected projects and funding mechanisms in the proposed Fiscal Year ( FY) 2016 -17 budget amendments that will be presented to the City Council for consideration in June; and 3) Direct staff to set -aside funds for selected projects while additional research and study is completed.
