City Manager's Recommendation: Take public input, accept all written protests against water and/or sewer rate increases from affected rate payers, close the public hearing, introduce and hold the first reading of the proposed Ordinance by title only, waive further reading, and schedule the second reading by title only and adoption of the Ordinance on March 3, 2015.
