Results of FY 2013-14 Closing. City Manager's Recommendation: Receive the report and adopt the resolution for year-end closing transactions entitled "A Resolution of the City Council and Housing Authority of the City of Poway, California, Approving Amendments to the City's Financial Program for Fiscal Year 2013-2014" and provide direction concerning the use of approximately $5.6 million in FY 2013-14 surplus funds.
Approval of Additional Funding for Supplementation of the Metropolitan Water District Turf Replacement Program. City Manager's Recommendation: Consideration of the appropriation of additional funds from the Unappropriated Water Fund Balance (510-8912) to the Water Conservation Program (Fund 1167).
