City Manager' s Recommendation: Take public input; close the public hearing and introduce the Ordinance for first reading by title only, waiving further reading, and schedule adoption of the Ordinance for May 20, 2014.
Approval of the City' s revised Statement of Investment Policy. City Manager's Recommendation: Rescind Resolution No. 13- 007 and adopt a resolution entitled, " A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Poway, California, Amending Investment Policy for Public Funds and Rescinding Resolution No. 13- 007."
Acceptance of the City's Investment Report as of March 31, 2014. City Manager' s Recommendation: Accept and file the March 31, 2014, Investment Report.
