Resolutions to Establish the Schedule of Water and Sewer Rates and Charges Effective March 2019 City Manager' s Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take public input, close the public hearing and adopt Resolutions entitled " A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Poway, California, Establishing the Schedule of Water Service Charges and Rates per Section 13. 11. 120 of the Poway Municipal Code," and " A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Poway, California, Establishing the Schedule of Sewer Service Charges and Rates per Section 13. 03. 010 of the Poway Municipal Code."
