Introduction of an Ordinance Repealing Chapter 15.05 Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) Code and Amending Poway Municipal Code Chapter 15.24 Fire Code. City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take public input; close the public hearing and introduce and conduct first reading of an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Poway, California, Rescinding Chapters 15.05 and 15.24 of the Poway Municipal Code and Adopting a New Chapter 15.24 Regarding the Poway Fire Code, which Adopts by Reference the 2016 California Fire Code and the 2015 International Fire Code with Certain Amendments, Additions and Deletions.
3.3 Environmental Assessment, Tentative Tract Map 15-003 and Development Review 15-006; a proposed 22 unit, affordable housing project on an approximate 2-acre site located on the south side of Twin Peaks Road, 300 feet west of Espola Road City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that City Council adopt the Negative Declaration and approve Tentative Tract Map 15-003 and Development Review 15-006 subject to the conditions in the resolution. 3.4 Habitat Twin Peaks Disposition, Development and Loan Agreement and Health and Safety Code Section 33433 Summary Report City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Disposition, Development and Loan Agreement; adopt a joint resolution authorizing the Executive Director to execute the Disposition Agreement and all ancillary documents related to its implementation; hold a public hearing and make specified findings to allow for the disposition of the Property in compliance with California Health and Safety Code Section 33433; and It is also recommended that the governing board of the Poway Housing Authority approve the Disposition, Development and Loan Agreement; adopt a joint resolution authorizing the Executive Director to execute the Disposition Agreement and all ancillary documents related to its implementation; authorize the allocation of $820,000 from the Authority's Low and Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund; and hold a public hearing and make specified findings to allow for the disposition of the Property in compliance with California Health and Safety Code Section 33433.
