City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Ordinance No. 849.

Public Hearing for Proposed Four-Year Water, Recycled Water, and Wastewater Rates.

City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take public input, close the public hearing, and adopt the Resolutions, if a majority protest does not exist.

Conditional Use Permit 21-001 and Minor Development Review Application 21-001; A Request to Construct a Single-Family Residence and Indoor Private Recreational Facility at 14100 Biscayne Place

City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take public input, close the public hearing, and adopt the Resolution.
