Urgency Ordinance to Temporarily Prohibit Nonmedical Marijuana Stores, Shops, Dispensaries, Collectives and Cooperatives in the City; and Prohibiting the Outdoor Cultivation of Marijuana in the City City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council, by four-fifths (4/5ths) vote, adopt the proposed urgency ordinance establishing a temporary moratorium on the use of property for nonmedical marijuana stores, shops, dispensaries, collectives and cooperatives, and to prohibit th~ outdoor cultivation of marijuana plants and products for personal use.
Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) 08-002 and Underground Waiver (UW) 16-002; a request for a two-lot subdivision of a 2.2-acre parcel located at 12251 Sunwood Trail in the Rural Residential C Zone City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take public input, close the public hearing and adopt a resolution approving TPM 08-002 and UW 16-002.
Results of FY 2015-16 Closing City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council receive the report and adopt a resolution for year-end closing transactions, and retain the $1.35 million in FY 2015-16 surplus funds in the General Fund unappropriated fund balance.
