PUBLIC HEARING Resolution Amending the Lake Operation Fees in the Community Services Section of the Master Fee Schedule City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council (1) approve revision of the fishing and boating fees as proposed, (2) determine the appropriate level for parking fees, and (3) approve the resolution Amending the Lake Operating Fees in the Community Services Section of the Master Fee Schedule, revised as necessary to set parking fees at either $8 or $10.
FY 2017-18 Community Development Block Grant Program City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council 1) Authorize staff to apply for FY 17-18 CDBG funding through the County as identified in this report; 2) Authorize the appropriation of $191 ,648.67 to the CDBG Fund (241) from the General Fund (100) to fund the proposed FY 17-18 CDBG program upon approval by the County; 3) Authorize reallocation of $63,796.00 in CDBG funds from previous grant years to fund the proposed FY 17-18 CDBG program upon approval by the County; and 4) Authorize the City Manager to execute contracts with the County of San Diego (County).
Minor Conditional Use Permit 16-002: A Proposal to Allow Live Entertainment, Billiard Tables and a Dance Floor at 13383 and 13385 Poway Road City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Minor Conditional Use Permit 16-002, subject to the conditions of approval in the Resolution.
STAFF REPORT 4.1 YMCA Proposal City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council receive the YMCA proposal and direct staff to work with the YMCA on all aspects of the market study, including evaluating the existing Community Park buildings, programming, revenue and other information relevant to evaluating a potential collaboration.
Approval of Facility Use and Lease Agreement between Poway-Midland Railroad Volunteers and City of Poway City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute the Facility Use and Lease Agreement between the City of Poway and Poway-Midland Railroad Volunteers.
