A Resolution of the City of Poway Amending the 2016 Regional Transportation Improvement Program List of Projects for Fiscal Years 2016/2017 through 2020/2021 City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Resolution amending the 2016 RTIP list of Projects for Fiscal Years 2016/2017 through 2020/2021
Villa de Vida Disposition, Development and Loan Agreement and Health and Safety Code Section 33433 Summary Report for Property Located at 12341 Oak Knoll Road City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1) Approve the Disposition, Development and Loan Agreement; 2) Adopt a Joint Resolution authorizing the Executive Director to execute the Disposition Agreement and all ancillary documents related to its implementation; 3) Hold a public hearing and make specified findings to allow for the disposition of the Property in compliance with California Health and Safety Code Section 33433; and It is also recommended that the Governing Board of the Poway Housing Authority: 1) Approve the Disposition, Development and Loan Agreement; 2) Adopt a Joint Resolution authorizing the Executive Director to execute the Disposition Agreement and all ancillary documents related to its implementation; 3) Authorize the allocation of $500,000 from the Authority's Low and Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund; and 4) Hold a public hearing and make specified findings to allow for the disposition of the Property in compliance with California Health and Safety Code Section 33433.
Appropriation for Twin Peaks Road Traffic Analysis City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the appropriation of $30,000 from the Unappropriated General Fund balance (100-8912) to the Traffic Engineering division budget (307-1726) to fund the Twin Peaks Road Traffic Analysis.
Water Quality Improvement Plans On-Going Costs for Los Penasquitos and San Dieguito Watersheds City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council appropriate $172,700 from the Unappropriated General Fund balance to cover the costs of the watershed activities for Fiscal Year 2015-2016.
