PUBLIC HEARING Variance 14-008, a Request to Allow a Proposed Garage and Second Story Addition onto the Residence at 12941 Avenida La Valencia to observe a 32-foot front yard setback when a 40-foot setback is required City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve VAR 14-008, subject to the conditions in the resolution allowing a garage and second story addition and observe a 32-foot front yard setback.
STAFF REPORT 4.1 Award of Contract for Ambulance Billing and Medicare Reporting Services City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Wittman Enterprises for ambulance billing and Medicare reporting services, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
Pre-Development Conference 16-002: Faux Tree Antenna Design for an existing telecommunications facility located at 14264 Tierra Bonita Road City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council provide input and direction regarding the proposal.
