STAFF REPORT 4.1 Phase II Water Conservation Landscape Conversion at City of Poway Facilities and Parks and request for Appropriation. City Manager's Recommendation: 1) Approve the proposed Phase II Water Conservation Landscape Conversion projects; and 2) Authorize an appropriation of $167,580 from the Water Fund Undesignated Fund Balance (510-8912) to new project Water Conservation Improvement Projects to be distributed as listed in the report.
