City Manager's Recommendation: Take public input; close the public hearing,
and adopt a resolution entitled "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of
Poway, California, Approving Conditional Use Permit 13-016 Assessor's Parcel
Number 314-632-47."

Item 3.2

Adoption of Ordinances of the City of Poway, California, repealing Poway
Municipal Code (PMC) Chapters 15.18 and 15.22, and adding new Chapters
15.18, and 15.22 to the PMC, adopting by reference the 2013 California Energy
Code and the 2013 California Green Building Standards Code.
City Manager's Recommendation: Take public input; close the public hearing,
and introduce the Ordinances for first reading by title only, waiving further
reading, and schedule adoption of the Ordinances for June 3, 2014.

Item 3.3

Approval of Variance 14-001, a request for a retaining wall height variance; Don
Mechling, Applicant.
City Manager's Recommendation: Take public input; close the public hearing,
and approve Variance 14-001, subject to the conditions of the resolution entitled,
"A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Poway, California, Approving
Variance 14-001 Assessor's Parcel Numbers 321-030-76 through 85."

Item 3.4

Approval of a resolution amending the Poway Center for the Performing Arts
Consignment Ticketing Fees in the Master Fee Schedule.
City Manager's Recommendation: Take public input; close the public hearing,
and adopt the resolution entitled, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of
Poway, California, Amending the Poway Center for the Performing Arts
Consignment Ticketing Fees in the Master Feel Schedule and Resolutions Nos.
12-024 and 14-019.
