Approval of a Resolution entitled, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Poway, California, Approving a 2.5% Increase in the Regional Transportation Congestion Improvement Program (RTCIP) Traffic Mitigation Fee for Fiscal Year 2015/2016, as required by the TransNet Ordinance." City Manager's Recommendation: Take public input; close the public hearing and adopt the Resolution approving a 2.5% Increase in the RTCIP Traffic Mitigation Fee for residential dwelling units from $2,254 to $2,310 for Fiscal Year 2015/2016, as required by the Trans Net Ordinance, starting July 1, 2015.
Successor Agency to the Poway Redevelopment Agency Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of an Official Statement for the Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds, Approving the Forms of a Bond Purchase Agreement and Related Agreements, and Authorizing Certain Related Actions. City Manager's Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 15-012 entitled, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Poway, California, as Successor Agency to the Poway Redevelopment Agency, Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of an Official Statement for the Successor Agency's Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds, Approving the Forms of a Bond Purchase Agreement, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement, and Four Escrow Agreements in Connection therewith, and Authorizing Certain Related Actions."
Off-Leash Dog Access at Silverset Neighborhood Park. City Manager Recommendation: The City Council approve the project, consisting of a six-month trial period, beginning July 13, 2015, for shared use of the existing softball field between athletic play and off-leash dog use at Silverset Neighborhood Park. The trial period is solely for the purpose of collecting data, evaluating the activities being conducted during the trial period, and experimenting in the management of the shared use activities, all to gather information prior to making a final decision on any future decision whether to make the share use activities permanent.
