Item 9 - Resolution Confirming and Authorizing Recovery of Costs Incurred to Abate Public Nuisance at
13746 Frame Road
City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take public input,
close the public hearing and adopt the proposed Resolution confirming the costs incurred in
abating public nuisances totaling $6,390, ordering payment, and authorizing recovery of the
same, including placement of any uncollected costs on the property tax rolls.

2. Amend the FY 2020-21 Capital Improvement Program Budget to reflect an increase in
projected TransNet revenue of $109,000 and appropriate those funds to the Espola Road
Safety Improvements (Phase 2) projects STR0001.

Acceptance of the McCarthy Family Foundation Grant to Support a New Poway Center for the
Performing Arts Endowment
City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Authorize staff to work with the McCarthy Family Foundation to execute an agreement
clarifying the financial terms of the grant/endowment; and
2. Approve the attached Resolution formally accepting the McCarthy Family Foundation grant
for the PCPA and authorize the City Manager to execute all related documents and
appropriate the funds as needed.
