Tentative Tract Map 18-001; Request for Approval of Time Extension for a Previously Approved Tentative Tract Map at a 122-acre property located on the east side of Old Coach Road, approximately one mile north of Espola Road City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take public input; close the public hearing and adopt a Resolution entitled "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Poway, California, Approving Tentative Tract Map 18-001; A Time Extension of the Approval for Tentative Tract Map 06-02; Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN): 277-080-04, 277- 071-05, 14, 16 and 19."
STAFF REPORT 4.1 Approval of Agreements between the City of Poway and SDG&E, Cox Communications, and AT&T California for Utility Undergrounding in Underground Utility District 68 City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute 208 Agreements with SDG&E and Cox Communications to underground the overhead utilities on Espola Road, and to execute the 208 Agreement with AT&T California once the final language has been approved by the City Attorney.
