School District. proposal to install a School, 12450 Glenoak Owner: Poway Unified City Manager's Recommendation: Take public input; close the public hearing and adopt a resolution entitled "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Poway, California, Approving Conditional Use Permit 14-002 Assessor Parcel Number 314-040-09."
4.1 Approval of Water Conservation Landscape Conversion at City of Poway Facilities and Parks. City Manager's Recommendation: 1) Approve the proposed water conservation landscape conversion project at the locations identified; and 2) Authorize an appropriation of $10,000 from the Unappropriated General Fund Balance to Account 0418-4116 (Parks & Trails Maintenance-Landscape Maintenance) to implement Phase 1, Irrigation System Conversion; and 3) Authorize the redirection of staff resources to incorporate the project into the Public Works Department's work plan and division budgets; and begin the incremental implementation of Phase 2, Turf Conversion.
