Agreement with the County of San Diego and the San Diego County Sheriff for Municipal Law
Enforcement Services
City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended the City Council approve the proposed
agreement for municipal law enforcement services for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30,
2027 and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City

Item 12 - Award of Contract to Fleming Environmental Inc., for the Hazardous Storage Units Removal and
Replacement Project; Bid No. 22-002
City Manager's Recommendation: It is recommended the City Council; 1) Authorize an
appropriation totaling $396,674.00 from the General Fund Capital Projects Fund 1060; 2) Award
the contract for the Hazardous Storage Units Removal and Replacement Project to Fleming
Environmental Inc., the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, in the amount of $396,674.00;
and 3) Authorize the City Manager to execute any necessary documents.
